BNP calls hartal in Bagerhat for tomorrow
Bagerhat district BNP has called a dawn-to-dusk hartal (shutdown) for Sunday in three upazilas protesting what it termed vote rigging by ruling party men.
MA Salam, president of the district BNP unit, announced the shutdown in Sadar, Morelganj and Sharankhola upazilas.
BNP-backed candidate Sayeed Nasir Ahmed Malek alleged that the supporters of ruling party-backed candidates were not allowing their agents to enter at Katakhali Govt PriStar Online Reportmary School and Chapatali Board School centres in Sadar upazila.
